3/17/26 - 7:00 EST - Network outage for DSI Kearney, they've restarted equipment, ours and both their Great Plains fiber and Spectrum cable, verified everything is powering up. local contact is Vince Ross - 5017725502 Restarting equipment finally got them back up at 8:29 EST for a total outage time of 1 hour and 29 minutes. They have two circuits, but only the Spectrum has been active. The Great Plains fiber is still in construction.
