1/10/26 - 20:06 MST - Network Outage - Meraki shows Misconfigured DNS and Configuration out of date. Power is good. Had them restart all equipment including both Lumen and Cox. Reset the Meraki and rebooted it again. Carl worked on the router to get it working. He had to pull the static. there was a static to the wrong site for that subnet and then it advertised the static to that same router, which then said 'ah! 10.55.4.0/24 is via Suwanee DMVPN headend' Network restored at 1/12/26 9:01 MST for a total outage time of 1 day 12 hours and 55 minutes or 36 hours and 55 minutes.
