GMS IT Alert - 9/23/2025 At approximately 8:15pm EST tonight the Atlanta datacenter internet connectivity went offline. We believe this to be an ISP issue, however, we will not have confirmation until staff are onsite to diagnose. This impacted VPN capabilities which hindered diagnosis. The network team is enroute to the datacenter and we should have an update once they arrive and diagnose the issue.
