09/18/25 07:09 EDT: Yvon's Burlington's on prem Allworx VOIP system is not allowing phones to connect and is causing an outage.
09/18/25 07:50 EDT: We have escalated to the Braitech for support.
09/18/25 08:40 EDT: DHCP was found to be missing on the old Yvon Burlington network causing the phones not to get IP's, the DHCP server was restarted and this has restored service to the phones.
