11:00 HRS EDT - It appears a datacenter issues has caused interruption to services such as printers, Business Central, and NAV/Terminal Servers.

This has been escalated to Nuvollo for Urgent investigation.

11:15 hrs : Business Central failed over to backup infrastructures, some users need to refresh their browser or clear cache but were able to continue using the system with almost no down time.

11:40 hrs : Watson terminal servers back online

12:15 hrs: MATD-P-PRNT01 Print server back online

12:30 hrs: WATSONVM8 print server back online

13:50 hrs : MATD-P-PRNT01 Print server offline again

14:23 hrs: MATD-P-PRNT01 Print server back online

16:45 hrs : MATDL SMTP server restored

all services restored.
