We are mitigating the cause of the incident, emails are processing and sending. Queued messages are still possible as we work towards a resolution.

We have identified the cause of delayed sending but messages are queueing. We are actively working on resolving the issue. Some messages may process and send as expected.

We are continuing to investigate the cause of messages being queued. Our UI may show intermittent errors we continue to investigate this.
