Internet speed issues were reported around noon at the MATDL Kanata location, Nuvollo was able to confirm with the ISP Bell Canada that there was a partial outage affecting speeds in the area. Bell Ticket #80975146, Nuvollo Ticket#585019
Bell confirmed that maintenance is planned and full service will be returned no later than 12AM, but if we reboot the ISP Modem we might see service return to normal sooner.
At 5:15PM EDT the ISP Modem was rebooted and full internet service and VOIP was restored by 5:20PM EDT.
